This policy covers the Certified Capital business application at certifiedcapital.cc. It does not cover Certified Credit Education, which has its own privacy and consent disclosures at /credit-education.
When you submit the Founding 10 application form, we collect: business name, EIN, owner name, email address, phone number, and business address (if provided). We do not collect Social Security Numbers or personal financial account information through this form.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not begin any credit bureau reporting on your business until you have an active, approved account.
Application data is stored on our servers and is accessible only to authorized Certified Capital staff for the purpose of reviewing and processing applications.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing solutions@certifiedcapital.cc.
